The acquisition will significantly expand Mars’ snacking portfolio, with popular brands such as Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Rice Krispies Treats, Eggo and MorningStar Farms.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed Assembly Bill 418 into law, which will ban the use of Red No. 3, brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromate and propylparaben after Jan. 1, 2027.
