Dot Foods, a leading food industry redistributor, is pleased to announce 18 winners of the company’s 2015 Quality and Service Award. The award recognizes Dot’s top-performing manufacturer partners in the areas of quality and service.
Manufacturers honored for their excellence in 2015 include Lawrence Foods, which earns its fourth consecutive award.
Dot’s annual Quality and Service Awards program began in 1998 as an avenue to recognize manufacturer partners who provide best-in-class communication, service and support. Manufacturers are evaluated each month on criteria which includes inbound service levels, EDI implementation and loading efficiency.
“At Dot, we believe in shared growth and success,” said Dot Foods president Joe Tracy. “Exceptional customer service has been our expectation for more than 55 years, and it wouldn’t be possible for us to consistently provide that level of customer service without the cooperation we receive from our manufacturer partners. 2015 was one for the record books for Dot; these 18 Quality and Service Award winners had a direct impact on our success.”
Dot’s business development mangers will present the Quality and Service Awards to winners at their respective corporate facilities in the coming weeks.
