Baked by Melissa teams with Holland America Line and Daelmans Stroopwafels for special cupcake

In celebration of the upcoming World Stroopwafel Day, Baked by Melissa has collaborated with Holland America Line and Daelmans Stroopwafels for a unique event across New York City. This partnership has crafted a one-day-only, limited-edition Baked by Melissa stroopwafel-inspired cupcake and lined up a fleet of themed bikes to deliver free stroopwafel samples and cupcakes throughout the city to the public.

On Monday, September 30 from 10 am to 4:15 pm, bikers from Holland America Line, dressed in striking sailing outfits, will be cycling around the city on mini cruise ships, making their special deliveries to the public at several iconic New York City locations.

The limited-edition cupcakes will be available at Baked by Melissa’s store in Columbus Circle in New York City. Free Stroopwafels will be distributed by bikers at the following locations across New York City:

• 10-10:30 am: Baked by Melissa Store, Columbus Circle
• 11-11:45 am: Rockefeller Plaza
• 12:15-1:00 pm: Times Square
• 2:30-3:00 pm: Central Park
• 3:30-4:15 pm: Columbus Circle
