Delysia Chocolatier brings taste of the south with new collection
Austin, Texas-based Delysia Chocolatier has announced the release of its new “Taste of the South” chocolate truffle collection for Spring 2021. The collection offers nostalgia with a luxurious nine-piece assortment that recreates a southern meal in chocolate – complete with drinks, side dishes, entrees and dessert – taking inspiration from beloved foods from Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, the Carolinas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.
Mixing sweet, salty and savory ingredients, Delysia Chocolatier has emulated dishes that have become classic symbols of the American South and has conjured down-home cooking staples for generations of southerners.
“I’m originally from the northeast, and when I moved to the southern United States, I discovered a variety of dishes which intrigued me,” says Delysia Chocolatier owner and chef Nicole Patel. “I wanted to capture the rich array of delicious classic southern flavors in chocolate form for people who love them as much as I do. I dedicate the Taste of the South chocolate truffle collection to everyone who is craving a moment of southern bliss and something sweet.”
Delysia Chocolatier’s Taste of the South chocolate truffle collection, priced at $34.95 per box, is available now online through the chocolatier’s website and ships direct to addresses in all 50 states.
